个人简介:

博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事肠道分子营养与功能食品研发、食品生物检测与加工制造等方向的应用基础研究,在营养组学分析、肠道菌群分子互作、新型益生元挖掘、高蛋白食品真实性鉴别等方面建立了系列新技术。Journal of Proteome Research等期刊审稿人,中国生物化学与分子生物学会糖复合物专业委员会首届青年委员会委员。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目与青年基金、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划面上项目、永利集团304官网青年学术英才支持计划等项目7项,在Analytical ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryJournal of Proteome ResearchJournal of Chromatography ASCI期刊上发表论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利6项,获陕西省高等学校科学技术一等奖(排名第二)和陕西省优秀博士论文。

研究方向:

1. 肠道分子营养与功能食品研发

探究肠道微生态功能及失调分子机制,开发基于肠道微生态调控的生理健康精准营养干预策略,研发适宜不同年龄段和职业人群的合生元功能食品。

2. 食品生化检测与数智化

以质谱、分子互作、生物传感、信息技术为主要手段,面向产业实际需求,开发人体营养与健康指标评价、食品质量生物标志物筛选检测及食品安全危害物快速测定技术,并实现其数智化及多场景应用。

3. 农产品贮藏加工与食品生物制造

以畜产、水产、果蔬等大宗及地方特色农产品为原料,面向慢病预防、康复保健、营养强化等市场需求,挖掘糖复合物、低聚糖、微量元素、天然产物等营养功能因子,开发贮藏加工及转化制造关键技术,创制营养健康食品与功能性食品。
